Sobeys appoints two new national sourcing & category managers

Sobeys has appointed Kelsie Parsons as its new national sourcing manager, deli, produce, and bakery. Parsons has worked at Sobeys for close to 13 years, his prior role was category manager, deli cheese. Before that, he held roles at Monforte Dairy, Provincial Fine Foods, and Cheese of Canada.

Bruce Baynton has also been appointed as national category manager bakery, deli/ HMR & seafood at Sobeys Wholesale. he has worked with the retailer for seven years.
