Andrea Ramlogan has been named chief operations officer at Jonluca Neal where she has worked for close to seven years. Her prior role was vice president business development. Before that, she held roles at WKL Investments Inc., Villa Anna Sales & Brand Management Inc., and Organic Meadows.
