Anthony Longo is among the 2019 winners of Waterstone Human Capital’s Canada’s Most Admired CEO designation.
Longo is president and CEO of Longo Brothers Fruit Markets Inc., a position he has held since 1998. The Waterstone citation notes that under his leadership, the business expanded to 37 retail locations and built the Grocery Gateway e-commerce grocery delivery business.
Among many other awards, Longo in 2017 was recognized by the Retail Council of Canada with its Canadian Grand Prix Lifetime Achievement Award.
