After a 43-year career in the CPG industry, Bill Conning plans to retire in April.

He has worked with Clorox Canada, First Brands and Union Carbide. In addition to calling on head offices and, at one time, overseeing the company’s brokers, Conning was involved earlier in his career with Glad’s recycling initiatives; he was a co-inventor of the see-through blue recycling bags.
