Guido Alfonsi has been promoted to vice president of merchandising and marketing.

A retail veteran with more than 30 years of experience with Fortinos, he has an extensive background in operations, including 20 years as a Fortinos franchisee. For the last 13 years, he has led the deli, bakery and home meal replacement (HMR) team as senior director of merchandising.
