General Mills Canada has announced three leadership promotions. Frédérique Delagrave has been promoted to senior director yogurt. She joined General Mills in 2010 and has held increasingly senior roles in marketing, product innovation and strategy for global brands. John Verdes has been promoted to senior director sales. He joined General Mills in 1998 and has held senior leadership roles in strategy, insights, finance and sales. Colin Mann has been promoted to senior director market development. Since joining General Mills in 1999, Colin has “progressively built his wealth of experience,” according to a spokesperson for the company, starting in Western Canada as a sales representative, to leading multiple category insights and sales teams.
