IRI has announced the appointment of Cheryl Ong Seng as managing director of IRI Canada effective March 1, 2019. In her new role Ong Seng will provide cross-brand leadership for all in-country business, managing and expanding the portfolio of retailer partnerships and manufacturer clients and helping shape short and long-term strategies, while serving as a director on the IRI-Aztec (Canada) Ltd. board of directors.
Ong Seng succeeds Dave Mann, who is retiring at the end of the month. Mann launched the Australia based Aztec Information Services business, and the first installations of IRI’s leading edge Liquid Data/Unify technology to support supplier collaboration programs.
