Joe Dal Ferro has been named incoming president of Finica Food Specialties. He will succeed current president Paul Blake, who announced last September that he planned to retire.
Dal Ferro officially takes on the president role on February 1, 2021 and Blake will transition to an advisory role on April 30, 2021.
Dal Ferro has more than 36 years of experience in the specialty food and CPG markets and most recently served as president of Switzerland Cheese Marketing. He is also the current vice chair of the International Cheese Council of Canada. Prior to joining Switzerland Cheese Marketing, he operated his own import business with a focus on Italian specialty items.
