Joe Sbrocchi to lead Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers
September 7, 2017 – Joe Sbrocchi has been appointed general manager of the Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers (OGVG), effective September 18, 2017. For 20 years, Sbrocchi worked in the retail produce industry. He is a director of the Canadian Produce Marketing Association, and most recently was vice-president, business development and strategy for Mastronardi Produce Ltd. Sbrocchi was Walmart Canada’s country manager for strategic sourcing and fresh category management, and has also worked for Sobeys as national senior director, procurement group.
