Leena Nair was the first female, first Asian, youngest ever CHRO of Unilever and member of the Unilever Leadership Executive (ULE). She worked with Unilever for over 30 years.
Nair is moving away from CPG; stepping down from her post at Unilever to join haute couture group, Chanel, as its global CEO.
