Mark Ayer named president & CEO of CROSSMARK Canada
August 28, 2017 – Mark Ayer has been named to the position of president and CEO of CROSSMARK Canada, effective September 1. Ayer joined the company’s Canadian division in April as senior vice-president, customer development.
Ayer takes the reins of CROSSMARK Canada from Christopher Terrio, in a planned transition, says Steve Schuckenbrock, CEO of Plano, Texas-based CROSSMARK.
“Mark brings a wealth of CPG and food and beverage industry knowledge, business insight and retailer relationships from his nearly 30 years at Gillette, P&G and Kraft Heinz, and we are excited to have him leading our Canadian operations,” Schuckenbrock said.
Prior to joining CROSSMARK, Ayer’s senior leadership experience included roles as general manager, food service, Canada, The Kraft Heinz Company; vice-president, sales, Canada for Kraft Foods Group; and vice president sales, Procter & Gamble Canada.
