Dufflet Pastries has announced two executive leadership appointments.
Gavinder Bhatia has been named as chief executive officer. Bhatia brings a 20-year career in Tier 1 consumer packaged goods companies to the role, most recently as vice president of cakes and pies at Weston Foods. Prior to this, she held critical roles in engineering, operations, strategic sourcing, commodities at Weston Foods, Kraft Foods, and Estee Lauder.
Adrian Prajescu has been named as director of operations. He brings 30 years of expertise in both automated and artisanal baking to the role, including positions at CT Bakeries, Give N Go, and La Rocca Cakes.
