Karen Bicknell has been promoted to senior director, PC Express operations and continuous improvement at Loblaw Digital. She has worked with the company for over five years; her prior role was director, digital business engagement. Before Loblaw, Bicknell worked for Bell Canada, Starbucks operations, Laura Secord and IKEA.
