Pet Valu has announced that Sarah Davis was appointed to the Board of Directors on July 28, 2021, and that Linda Drysdale has been appointed to the Board of Directors effective August 12, 2021.
Davis was most recently the president of Loblaw Companies Limited, where she led the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Canada’s largest retailer and the nation’s food and pharmacy leader.
Drysdale is CFO of Interac Corp. and brings over 25 years of extensive knowledge in risk management and audit functions.
