Rene Picarella has been appointed procurement manager, merchandising – food experience at Sobeys where he has worked for nearly four years. His prior role was category manager. Before that, he held head chef roles at the University of Toronto, McGill University, Are, Compass Group, Dussmann Service Deutschland GmbH, and Lufthansa Party Service.
