Scott Ross has been promoted to executive director at the Canadian Federation of Agriculture where he has worked for close to 11 years. Before that he worked as a graduate researcher in regional economic development at the University of Waterloo. Prior to that, he worked with research firm R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd.
