Senior leadership changes at PepsiCo Foods Canada

The following senior leadership changes have been announced at PepsiCo Foods Canada.

Mike Lust is assuming the new role of vice president, growth office for PepsiCo Foods Canada. He will be responsible for building and commercializing PFC’s growth strategy, team and transformation agenda for Canada, inclusive of Quaker and Frito Lay. Lust has worked with PepsiCo for over 15 years.

Lance Wade has been appointed to the role of vice president, customer development. He most recently held the role of general manager for Quaker Canada, and will report to Rachel Ferdinando, president, PepsiCo Foods Canada, and backfill for Lust. Wade is a 20-year veteran at the organization and has held roles across our foods and beverages businesses in a variety of sales and customer development leadership positions.

PepsiCo also welcomed Rena Nickerson to the role of general manager, Quaker Canada, backfilling Wade and reporting to Rachel Ferdinando, president, PepsiCo Foods Canada. Rena Nickerson’s prior role was general manager of SodaStream Canada.
