Industry veteran Mike Venton will be joining Sobeys Inc. as vice president of Strategic Initiatives, Discount. Venton’s background includes 30 years of extensive grocery retail experience, including senior roles in operations, merchandising and marketing. Most recently, he was senior vice president, No Frills, with Loblaw Companies.
