Steve Mayburry has been promoted to senior category director, meat and seafood at Fortinos. He is an industry veteran with 40 years of experience, starting his career with Loblaw in 1982. Mayburry spent 15 years at retail in various positions within the meat department. He was later promoted and joined the meat merchandising team and then advanced to meat/seafood specialist, then he spent 10 years with the store development and execution team where he was promoted to sr. director store planning and pilots. Mayburry has worked with Fortinos since early 2021.
