Sylvain Charlebois has been appointed to Second Harvest’s board of directors. Based in Halifax, Charlebois is a professor and director of the Agri-Food Analytics Food Lab at Dalhousie University, and former dean of the faculty of management.
He is also a Canadian researcher in food distribution and food policy. Previously, his position was professor of the faculty of agriculture. Before that, he worked with the Canadian Agrifood Foresight Institute, University of Guelph, and University of Regina.
