Love Good Fats (LGF) has announced Todd Kelly as its incoming CEO. Kelly joins LGF following roles as CEO of Balzac's Coffee and before that, GM of Kind Snacks in Canada. Kelly "possesses deep CPG experience with prior executive roles at notable companies such as Clorox, Irving Paper, Molson Coors and Unilever," says David Mock, chairman of the board for Love Good Fats.
Since its inception in 2017, founder and board member, Suzie Yorke, has built Love Good Fats into an iconic CPG brand (recognized recently by the Globe & Mail as the Fast Growing Company in Canada). To help the business scale across both new categories and geographies, Yorke embarked on the recruitment of a new CEO who could lead in both category expertise and building a high-performance team. As its largest shareholder, Yorke remains committed to LGF and will continue as a board member and special advisor.
