Olymel has appointed Yanick Gervais president and CEO; he had served as interim CEO since the passing of Réjean Nadeau on October 14th.
Gervais was previously the company’s senior vice president of operations, managing over 30 pork and poultry processing plants in Quebec, New Brunswick, Ontario and Alberta while also overseeing Olymel’s engineering and logistics departments.
