Zoglo’s has appointed Lisa MacLean as its new chief financial officer, corporate secretary and director effective February 13, 2023. Doug Harris, who has served as the chief financial officer, has stepped down. 

MacLean is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an experienced CFO having held executive positions in Canada and Europe in the private and public sectors for over 15 years.
