Rabba Fine Foods plans to open a new local market in Toronto’s Regent Park in early 2021. The new location will feature a shop-in-shop pilot concept with Paramount Fine Foods, Rabba Kitchen-By Paramount.
The new feature will offer freshly made meal options with a Middle Eastern inspired menu.
“We’ve been great fans of Paramount Fine Foods over the years,” says Jack Rabba, founder of Rabba and a dedicated Toronto-area grocer since 1967. “This collaboration is a result of many months of planning and, of course, many enjoyable taste tests. I can assure you the final product passes with flying colours, and a very satisfied appetite.”
Reflecting the mutual respect shared between the two homegrown and entrepreneurial foodservice brands, the concept will be piloted and, in time, is expected to be rolled out across multiple locations in the Rabba network.
