SIAL Canada has awarded the 2017 Innovation Grand Prize to Saffron Sugar Cube, Taj Food, Minami Inc. The product – a Saffron sugar cube – presents an intriguing combination of flavours and is 100 per cent natural.
The Grand Prize is valued at $120,000 and includes:
- A Nielsen-sponsored project (worth $30,000) to help the winner get the product to market.
- Free exhibition spaces at all of the SIAL network shows, which will be held in Canada, China, the Philippines, Indonesia, Paris and Abu Dhabi.
