UNFI Canada has named Claude Carvalho to the newly formed role of director, customer experience and sales operations.
Carvalho has been with the company for four years and will now be responsible for leading UNFI’s Customer Care team, leading inside sales, and also UNFI’s Sales planning and operations team. He has an accomplished history in Canadian CPG, holding roles of increasing responsibility with Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé and PepsiCo.
