Walmart Canada announced two senior executive leadership changes who will join Walmart Canada’s leadership team. AnnMarie Mercer has been named chief people officer and Rob Nicol, vice president of communications and corporate affairs joins the leadership team.
Mercer joined Walmart in 2015 and most recently was vice president of human resources. Prior to joining Walmart, she held several senior leadership roles in human resources and communications leading major corporate and global initiatives.
Nicol joined the company in 2017 and has extensive senior corporate affairs and government experience. He served as director of communications to an Ontario premier and the prime minister of Canada.
