Advantage Solutions North America CEO Tanya Domier has taken on the role of executive chair. Jill Griffin, current president and chief commercial officer, succeeds Domier as the new CEO of the company.
Domier is a 32 year veteran of Advantage and began her career with the company in 1990 as director of natural and speciality. Since then, she has held successive senior leadership roles.
Griffin joined the company 14 years ago and served in different roles including marketing and senior leadership.
In a letter to associates, Domier stated that the company has grown considerably from one with 50 employees and $5 million in revenue to today having more than 60 associates and revenue of more than $3.5 billion with customers around the world.
“We’ve been bought, sold and taken public — transforming the company from a pure-play sales business to a global diversified sales, marketing and technology provider in 20 years’ time with eight different private equity partners and other new investors along the way.”
