Two new Save-On-Foods locations opened on May 9.

Buy-Low-Foods Langdon and Buy-Low-Foods Didsbury are the latest stores to rebrand. It will continue to be run by the same teams and store managers — Greg Poirier at Save-On-Foods Didsbury and Terry Butler at Save-On-Foods Langdon.

“We’ve been serving the community in Didsbury since 1986 and joining the Save-On-Foods family means we can give our customers even more of the variety and value they’re looking for,” says Save-On-Foods Didsbury store manager Greg Poirier.

Both stores closed at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, and reopened at 8 a.m. on May 9 under the Save-On-Foods banner.

“We welcome the opportunity to serve new markets in Western Canada, and the communities of Langdon and Didsbury are vibrant and a great fit for Save-On-Foods,” says Darrell Jones, president of parent company Pattison Food Group. “We are thrilled to bring new opportunities to save to our customers in these parts of Alberta.”
